Theophilis Walter wallis

Walt WALLIS was born in Castle Camps in 1887, the eighth child (and fifth son) of James and Martha (nee BLACKWELL). He emigrated to Australia in 1907 and took with him many momentos of his home in England. In order to help pave his way in his new country he sought and obtained references from Rev Pearson, of All Saints Church, and from Rev Haigh, of the Congregational Church, kindly reproduced below with the permission of his grandson Greg.
